Danone is a pioneer in the use of the Nutri-Score food labelling system on product packaging. Nutri-Score is a five-tier colour scale that provides consumers with an easy-to-understand overview of a food product’s nutritional value. In 2019, Danone became the first company in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to commit to introducing food labelling. All of our dairy products have displayed the Nutri-Score since 2021. Out of our products, 95% have a Nutri-Score of A or B and we aim to continue constantly developing and improving our products.
